The Story:

My grandmother was a seamstress, and some of my sweetest childhood memories are sitting beside her as she taught me to sew. We made countless little scrunchies together, but the project I remember most was a church dress. Even now, whenever I sew or find myself surrounded by quilts and beautiful fabrics, I think of both of my darling grandmothers and the pieces of them that have been woven into my own story.

This collection is a celebration of heritage—the stories, traditions, faith, and love passed from one generation to the next. Like a treasured family quilt, our lives are made up of many different pieces: people we have loved, places we have called home, lessons we have learned, and memories we carry with us.

Each painting is a reminder that we are part of something bigger than ourselves. We each have a family story worth preserving and passing down. And much like a well-loved quilt, it is made beautiful by every little piece.
